Rock N Roll tattoos are notorious for their $20 tattoo events, so it's only fitting that they have one for Halloween!
The event works like this - You can choose from a selection of Halloween themed tattoos that the artists have sketched up for only $20 per tattoo (must get 2). All rules, guides, and tattoo designs can be found on the Facebook event page here.
