Just last month, Kenny Rogers’s previous home at 500 Shetland Rd held an estate sale. Our team was able to get an inside look into this historic home that sold for $2.7 mil on April 2, 2021. This is one of many unique homes you can find in Las Vegas!
About This Home
This Las Vegas home, previously owned by the late Kenny Rogers is 7,249 sqft and sits on an acre. It was built back in the 1970’s and has since been renovated both inside and out.
There was recently an estate sale that provided our team the opportunity to tour the unique home. Many vintage features could still be found like a sunken bar off of the living area, beveled mirrored walls, crown molding, upholstered walls and more.
Two lion statues are positioned outside of the front entryway, giving off strong vibes of the famous MGM Resort statue.
Owner History
Kenny Rogers owned this home for 3 years starting in 1995. It had also housed Phil Ruffin (in 1998), where several renovations were made by his wife, Lynne. When they separated, she re-married to R.T Smith, who succeeded her. Eventually the home passed down to his step-children, who then performed additional renovations on the home before listing it for sale in 2021.
